Albin Holweck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mías Khalifa having to interfere. In the 4th minute, Malte Schiele hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Tincho Palermo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tommy Kahn. That made the score 1-0 in the 8 minute of play. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tincho Palermo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tincho Palermo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommy Kahn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Tincho Palermo took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Tommy Kahn to make any attempt to save it. 19 minutes into the match, Simbo FC's Tincho Palermo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tommy Kahn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Germany's defense didn't have a chance, in the 21st minute, when Tincho Palermo scored to the left of an out of position Tommy Kahn, making the score, 3-0. The supporters of Simbo FC booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Janik Vogt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tincho Palermo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Albin Holweck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tincho Palermo in the 28th minute of play. When Simbo FC's Tincho Palermo in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Germany's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Sachs in the 36th minute of play forced Simbo FC's goalkeeper Mías Khalifa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tincho Palermo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tommy Kahn came out and tried to block the shot, but Tincho Palermo slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 41st minute. Albin Holweck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When Tincho Palermo came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Simbo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tincho Palermo couldn't finish the play. After 54 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Frank Sachs. Simbo FC's Miliano Sacristán was substituted for Tincho Palermo. In the 57th minute of the game Willy Stieler made a throw-in which Albin Holweck played forward. A throw-in in the 59th minute of the game was made by Natasha Jain with Miliano Sacristán as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After 61 minutes, Miliano Sacristán made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Germany's Tommy Kahn tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Simbo FC made a substitution. Niceto Nafarroa replaced Boleslaw Sidorowicz. After a rather tough play, Germany's Chris Mergenthaler got a free kick in the 66th minute. After 67 minutes of play, Simbo FC's Miliano Sacristán made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Kahn was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Nestor Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Simbo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Nestor Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Kahn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albin Holweck in the 81st minute of play forced Simbo FC's goalkeeper Mías Khalifa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Germany's Frank Sachs in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Simbo FC's goalie prevented a goal. Miliano Sacristán might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tommy Kahn. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Miliano Sacristán ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 86th match minute, Simbo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Natasha Jain to maneuver through the defense. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miliano Sacristán in the 90th minute of play. In the 90th minute, Adrian Dreifuss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Simbo FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
