Portugal's Wilson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnulfo Roderigo in the 2nd minute of play. In the 3rd play minute Ahmet Refik Ülgü came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Wilson Amorim. 1-0. Georgi Velinov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Barreto, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Georgi Velinov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viriato Moura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC CSKA's Georgi Velinov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viriato Moura in the 7th minute of play. Wilson Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Refik Ülgü, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Portugal's Daniel Pimentel managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Long Ling Wei in the 12 minute of the game. Georgi Velinov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Felipe Barreto's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. FC CSKA's Georgi Velinov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viriato Moura in the 17th minute of play. Portugal's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Felipe Barreto in the 18th minute. In the 21st minute Marc Hainl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC CSKA's Georgi Velinov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caetano Moreira in the 24th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arnulfo Roderigo during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 34 played minutes FC CSKA got a freekick which was hit by Arnulfo Roderigo. After 35 played minutes, Portugal's Fabricio Andrade shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Georgi Velinov came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Portugal reached it. FC CSKA's Georgi Velinov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viriato Moura in the 40th minute of play. 41 minutes into the game, Arnulfo Roderigo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Wilson Amorim. Arnulfo Roderigo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Georgi Velinov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caetano Moreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Viriato Moura made a kick off. In the 55th minute Arnulfo Roderigo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Georgi Velinov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viriato Moura, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Tanel Kiik charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tanel Kiik the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 62nd minute, Tanel Kiik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Viriato Moura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Georgi Velinov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, FC CSKA's Arnulfo Roderigo got a free kick in the 68th minute. Portugal's Felipinho Amorim was substituted for Felipe Barreto. In the 70th minute, Arnulfo Roderigo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC CSKA's defense didn't have a chance, in the 71st minute, when Felipinho Amorim scored to the left of an out of position Georgi Velinov, making the score, 2-1. After a defensive mix-up in Portugal's zone, Ruslan Dzhalev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilson Amorim came out of the goal and Ruslan Dzhalev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FC CSKA made a substitution. Tenyo Fakirov replaced Téo Vieira. In the 84th minute, Felipinho Amorim got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 92nd match minute, FC CSKA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tanel Kiik to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Felipinho Amorim managed to get in a good position for a shot. Portugal's supporters rose to their feet, but Felipinho Amorim was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Georgi Velinov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. FC CSKA's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
