Abutres 2003 FDP's Jan Figlewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vinicio Junior in the 9th minute of play. Pompiliu Poalelungi kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Ahmet Yahya Burçak managed to get in a good position for a shot. Abutres 2003 FDP's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmet Yahya Burçak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Abutres 2003 FDP's goalkeeper Jan Figlewski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Jenipapo SC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Börje Kämpe hit a great ball. Jan Figlewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aníbal Alagoano in the 30th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Abutres 2003 FDP's goal looked a bit too open when Vinicio Junior came free, but Jan Figlewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abutres 2003 FDP's Raphael Paraense pulled a muscle in his leg after 43 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Maurício Arósio charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Maurício Arósio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 45th minute, Maurício Arósio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chiquinho Pombal's late challenge caught a Jenipapo SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Chiquinho Pombal helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Jenipapo SC booed when Abutres 2003 FDP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chiquinho Pombal didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Malin Karolev stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Vinicio Junior fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan Figlewski having to interfere. Abutres 2003 FDP's Jan Figlewski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Abutres 2003 FDP from getting a goal against them. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Abutres 2003 FDP fans cheered their team off the field, for while Jenipapo SC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
