Nilson Peres dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Cauan Loyola managed to get in a good position for a shot. ITAFUT 4EVER's supporters rose to their feet, but Cauan Loyola was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Borys Gruchacz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nilson Peres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mané Lara, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 9th minute, Mané Lara ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nilson Peres was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 19 minutes into the match, Joinville United - FSCMZ's Mané Lara sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nilson Peres narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 29 minutes into the match, Denílson Palmeira notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Joinville United - FSCMZ's Borys Gruchacz. Borys Gruchacz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Borys Gruchacz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jardel Baggio in the 32nd minute of the match. Nilson Peres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mané Lara in the 35th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cauan Loyola to make the kick off. In the 75th minute, Didi Cardozo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nilson Peres was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. After a defensive mix-up in ITAFUT 4EVER's zone, Didi Cardozo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nilson Peres came out of the goal and Didi Cardozo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 92 minutes into the game, Yang Hui Wen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-4. Nilson Peres was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Borys Gruchacz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sidney Bertassi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nilson Peres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Didi Cardozo in the 97th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Joinville United - FSCMZ had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
