The throw-in from Bertil Hellgren in the 10th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ's Jerzy Seliga. ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ's Walmir Catarinense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henry Fagerberg in the 13th minute of play. Álvaro Sergipano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Magne Gunnarsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Magne Gunnarsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marco Ruben in the 21st minute. After 24 played minutes Rönnöfors FF got a freekick which was hit by Bertil Hellgren. Per Tunström scored 0-2 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Walmir Catarinense, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Marco Ruben blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Magne Gunnarsson having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Henry Fagerberg in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Walmir Catarinense saved ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ from getting behind. The ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Rönnöfors FF were winning 0-2.

Rönnöfors FF's Torsten Åman was substituted for Arne Stor. The wind increased when Henry Fagerberg made the kick off in the second half.
