Alysson Rezende made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Witalis Brysz in the 34th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Poetass FC's goalkeeper Moisés Arruda had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gong Chao Ke. After a defensive mix-up in Poetass FC's zone, Gong Chao Ke stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Moisés Arruda came out of the goal and Gong Chao Ke tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Poetass FC's goalkeeper Moisés Arruda, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gong Chao Ke stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 54 minutes, Gong Chao Ke made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Poetass FC's Moisés Arruda tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gong Chao Ke in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Moisés Arruda saved Poetass FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gong Chao Ke in the 83rd minute of play forced Poetass FC's goalkeeper Moisés Arruda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Moisés Arruda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gong Chao Ke in the 84th minute of the match. Gong Chao Ke scored 3-1 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Moisés Arruda, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Dan Zimmermann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th minute, Mai Yi Xu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Poetass FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
