Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan do Vale in the 7th minute of the match. After 12 played minutes GLADIADORES got a freekick which was hit by Juan do Vale. If Gustaaf Groeneveldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. GLADIADORES's Andrei Cerbu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 32nd minute of play. Gustaaf Groeneveldt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Andrei Cerbu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 42nd minute of the match. Wilson Andrade fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnout Reekers having to interfere. After 46 minutes, Tales Toledo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the GLADIADORES and the Netherlands players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 46th match minute, GLADIADORES was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tales Toledo to maneuver through the defense. In the 47th minute, Wim Wilmes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Netherlands fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. GLADIADORES's Ian Bastos was substituted for Marcelinho Peres. GLADIADORES's Dito de Carvalho was substituted for Juan do Vale. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Wim Wilmes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 58 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Wilson Andrade came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wilson Andrade in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arnout Reekers saved Netherlands from getting behind. Wilson Andrade fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnout Reekers having to interfere. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilson Andrade, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Andrei Cerbu was a little too slow when Gijsbert ter Kruimer got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 72nd minute. The score was now 0-2. If Wim Wilmes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gustaaf Groeneveldt struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Andrei Cerbu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Netherlands. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sérgio Donato in the 83rd minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, GLADIADORES's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Andrei Cerbu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilson Andrade, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 91 minutes, Andrei Cerbu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Netherlands played a much better game than GLADIADORES and deserved their victory. The GLADIADORES players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
