Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Zaccheo Andolina started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Matei Răducu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Constantin Bot made in the 5th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Martin Zafiu immediately put the ball in play. Italy's Sigfrido Auletta got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Matei Răducu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 13th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Matei Răducu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After taking down the ball on Italy's corner Zaccheo Andolina fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Matei Răducu quite easily take care of the ball. Matei Răducu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 21st minute of the match. 22 minutes into the match, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Matei Răducu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Porziano Marchitelli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Zaccheo Andolina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Matei Răducu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Flavio Vittori showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stefan Dobay in the 40th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Stefan Dobay made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 57th minute of play forced Carpathians's goalkeeper Matei Răducu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Zaccheo Andolina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Italy's supporters rose to their feet, but Zaccheo Andolina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matei Răducu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Italy's Eliseo Cutri managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Leontin Ţurcaş in the 64 minute of the game. 66 minutes into the match, Carpathians's goal looked a bit too open when Zaccheo Andolina came free, but Matei Răducu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zaccheo Andolina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Matei Răducu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. Stefan Dobay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Italy's Flavio Vittori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefan Dobay in the 72nd minute of play. Matei Răducu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zaccheo Andolina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 81st minute Stefan Dobay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Vittori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stefan Dobay took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Flavio Vittori. Flavio Vittori dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Carpathians made a substitution. Dorel Pipirig replaced Martin Zafiu. Italy's Guiscardo Davide was substituted for Sigfrido Auletta. Carpathians's Mădălin Lipan was substituted for Remus Piacente. 91 minutes into the game, Constantin Bot threw the ball into play from the sideline. Italy's Eliseo Cutri quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The throw-in from Eliseo Cutri in the 93rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Carpathians's Pär Öman.
