In the 7th minute Habakkuk Cole shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maxime Durand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Maxime Durand managed to avoid a goal in the 10thth minute, when Hvam FC's Ahmet Haşim Sevgen fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Kristen Krasmer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Peletier in the 26th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, France's Alexis Bruneau got a free kick in the 27th minute. Ahmet Haşim Sevgen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Habakkuk Cole was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Alexis Bruneau was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Maxime Durand stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Habakkuk Ferdinand's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. A hard shot 92 in the game by Frank Peletier from a close distance when the talented Kristen Krasmer managed to make a qualified save. Hvam FC's players were relieved. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Hvam FC were victorious despite being under pressure from France for much of the match.
