Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tudor Sântimbrean kicked off to start the match. Sebastian Bungeanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tudor Sântimbreans short, quick shot in the 5thth minute got Arnout Reekers to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Gijsbert ter Kruimer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 8th match minute, Netherlands was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gust Ennemans to maneuver through the defense. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Netherlands from getting a goal against them. The throw-in from Gust Ennemans in the 11th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s Anacleto Diaz. Sebastian Bungeanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Gustaaf Groeneveldt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sebastian Bungeanu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s goal looked a bit too open when Gustaaf Groeneveldt came free, but Sebastian Bungeanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 24 minutes had been played when some careless play by F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer was slow to take the kick. During this time Netherlands's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Netherlands's Wim Wilmes getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 28 minutes into the match, Netherlands's Lars Meesters sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sebastian Bungeanu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Netherlands booed when F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Afşin Şehzat didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sebastian Bungeanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute, Samet Mert ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arnout Reekers was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 37th minute of play forced F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s goalkeeper Sebastian Bungeanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Wim Wilmes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s Tudor Sântimbrean got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

50 minutes into the match, F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s goalkeeper Sebastian Bungeanu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer. In the 53rd minute, Cosmin Valerian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 55th minute David Eikelkamp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Bungeanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s Sebastian Bungeanu got control of the ball when Gustaaf Groeneveldt tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gustaaf Groeneveldt came free with the goalkeeper in the 73rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Sebastian Bungeanu could save by the left post. In the 77th minute, Samet Mert got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samet Mert in the 79th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, David Eikelkamp managed to get in a good position for a shot. Netherlands's supporters rose to their feet, but David Eikelkamp was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sebastian Bungeanu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 83 played minutes F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta- got a freekick which was hit by Augustin Albu. 86 minutes into the match, F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Sebastian Bungeanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wim Wilmes received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sebastian Bungeanu came out and tried to block the shot, but Wim Wilmes slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 90th minute. In the 93rd match minute, F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samet Mert to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Netherlands players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
