In the 3rd minute, Fletcher Main hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 5 minutes into the match, Scotland's goal looked a bit too open when Yaşar Beyhan came free, but Alexander Higgins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alexander Higgins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Erdem Karataş in the 8th minute of the match. Alexander Higgins didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ali Erdem Karataş went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. A collision led to Scotland getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Jaxson Russell hit a great ball. 19 minutes into the match, Scotland's goalkeeper Alexander Higgins had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kağan Orhun. After 26 minutes, Namık Oğuzkan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kılıç SK and the Scotland players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Scotland booed when Kılıç SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Namık Oğuzkan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Kılıç SK's zone, Zac O'Donnell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ahmet Oğuz Evirgen came out of the goal and Zac O'Donnell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ali Erdem Karataş received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Alexander Higgins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Scotland getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. An unexpected shot in the 41st minute by Yaşar Beyhan got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 42nd minute, Şenol İmruz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alexander Higgins. The goal made the score 3-0. In the 46th minute, Kılıç SK's Şenol İmruz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alexander Higgins. Alexander Higgins yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zac O'Donnell was the one to do the kick off. Şenol İmruz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kağan Orhun hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Kılıç SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Şenol İmruz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yaşar Beyhan in the 73rd minute of play forced Scotland's goalkeeper Alexander Higgins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 74 minutes, Fletcher Main managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Scotland's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fletcher Main was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kağan Orhun's late challenge caught a Scotland's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kağan Orhun helped the player get up and apologised. Ashton Nelson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
