Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Yağızhan Acıbadem made the kick off and thus started the match. Vavrinec Holub made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yağızhan Acıbadem in the 7th minute. If Erik Jilek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vavrinec Holub showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yağızhan Acıbadem in the 14th minute of the match. The throw-in from Svatopluk Capek in the 16th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Samsunspor's Müfit Tolgahan. When Erik Jilek came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Czech Republic fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erik Jilek couldn't finish the play. Samsunspor's Anıl Ege Devlet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erik Jilek in the 27th minute of play. Namık Kemal Yenal kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Anıl Ege Devlet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denis Dostal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Samsunspor defense, Denis Dostal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anıl Ege Devlet. The Samsunspor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anıl Ege Devlet should have stopped the shot. Denis Dostal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Svatopluk Capek kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. After the first half Czech Republic were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The wind increased when Erik Jilek made the kick off in the second half. David Rusil charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed David Rusil the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Samsunspor booed when Czech Republic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Rusil didn't get a good kick on the ball. Samsunspor's Müfit Tolgahan managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Svatopluk Capek in the 63 minute of the game. In the 63rd minute, Yağızhan Acıbadem got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Mustafa Oğuz Gülle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Samsunspor booed when Czech Republic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kvetoslav Janku didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Mustafa Oğuz Gülle came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Samsunspor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mustafa Oğuz Gülle couldn't finish the play. If Erik Jilek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 76 minutes into the match, Samsunspor's goal looked a bit too open when Erik Jilek came free, but Anıl Ege Devlet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 82 minutes into the game, Bohumir Kohout was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Czech Republic's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Samsunspor the free kick. Bohumir Kohout kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. 91 minutes into the game, Svatopluk Capek threw the ball into play from the sideline. Samsunspor's Müfit Tolgahan quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 94 played minutes Czech Republic got a freekick which was hit by Kvetoslav Janku. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Czech Republic walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
