Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Carlisle Fenwick started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the match, Denmark's goal looked a bit too open when Andres Stevens came free, but Keld Paulsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Keld Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paco Everett, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 10 minutes into the match, Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carlisle Fenwick. Carlisle Fenwick sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 13 minutes into the match, Arty Shearn dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Keld Paulsen, 1-0. In the 16th match minute, Denmark was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kenn Skou to maneuver through the defense. In the 19thth minute of the game Carlisle Fenwick who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Denmark's Keld Paulsen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Denmark's Keld Paulsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andres Stevens in the 22nd minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Andres Stevens left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Boroondara Milan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 25th minute Chris Nygaard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martyon Diehl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Denmark's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Chris Nygaard in the 26th minute. Keld Paulsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paco Everett in the 27th minute of the match. If Carlisle Fenwick had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Boroondara Milan booed when Denmark was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chris Nygaard didn't get a good kick on the ball. Keld Paulsen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carlisle Fenwick's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Keld Paulsen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carlisle Fenwick went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Keld Paulsen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arty Shearn in the 42nd minute. Carlisle Fenwick got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 4-0 in the right cross in the 44th match minute before Keld Paulsen had time to react. Keld Paulsen was a little too slow when Paco Everett got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 47th minute. The score was now 5-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Chris Nygaard to strike the kick off in the second half. Carlisle Fenwick sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 56 minutes of play, Boroondara Milan's Carlisle Fenwick made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Keld Paulsen was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 60 minutes, Carlisle Fenwick managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Boroondara Milan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlisle Fenwick was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 65 minutes into the match, Paco Everett notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Denmark's Keld Paulsen. Keld Paulsen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Keld Paulsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlisle Fenwick in the 70th minute of the match. 74 minutes into the match, Denmark's goal looked a bit too open when Andres Stevens came free, but Keld Paulsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Keld Paulsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paco Everett in the 77th minute of play. Martyon Diehl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chris Nygaard, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. 78 minutes into the match, Boroondara Milan's goal looked a bit too open when Chris Nygaard came free, but Martyon Diehl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st minute Carlisle Fenwick shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keld Paulsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Boroondara Milan made a substitution. Rusty Reynolds replaced Paco Everett. If Chris Nygaard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th minute, Andres Stevens left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Boroondara Milan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. Keld Paulsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jason Sperling in the 92nd minute of play. After 93 minutes, Carlisle Fenwick made it 9-0 with a short kick to the right side. Denmark's Keld Paulsen tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Denmark's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
