Spectators: 37 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rafael Quizan kicked off to start the match. In the 5th minute, CANTERANOS DMS's Kléber Pineros ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Magno Leite. Magno Leite yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Ortíz Relloso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedrinho Alcântara in the 11th minute of the match. Cristóvão Valle's late challenge caught a CANTERANOS DMS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cristóvão Valle helped the player get up and apologised. Ortíz Relloso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedrinho Alcântara in the 15th minute of play. EC Fragata's Magno Leite played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angel Piñera in the 16th minute of play. If Pedrinho Alcântara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ortíz Relloso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edu Paiva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristóvão Valle in the 27th minute of play forced CANTERANOS DMS's goalkeeper Ortíz Relloso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 28 played minutes EC Fragata got a freekick which was hit by Pedrinho Alcântara. CANTERANOS DMS's Ortíz Relloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristóvão Valle in the 32nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in CANTERANOS DMS's zone, Cristóvão Valle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ortíz Relloso came out of the goal and Cristóvão Valle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Oscar Giral charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Oscar Giral the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, CANTERANOS DMS's Oscar Giral got a free kick in the 40th minute. In the 45th minute, Pedrinho Alcântara made a precise shot to the right of Ortíz Relloso. CANTERANOS DMS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

CANTERANOS DMS's Ortíz Relloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedrinho Alcântara in the 52nd minute of play. Cristóvão Valle scored 1-2 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ortíz Relloso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Pedrinho Alcântaras short, quick shot in the 58thth minute got Ortíz Relloso to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ortíz Relloso was a little too slow when Edu Paiva got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 62nd minute. The score was now 1-3. When Tomé Mendes fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored EC Fragata's protests and gave Tomé Mendes a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to EC Fragata getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Tomé Mendes hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Teofilio Horreo managed to get in a good position for a shot. CANTERANOS DMS's supporters rose to their feet, but Teofilio Horreo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Magno Leite breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ortíz Relloso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedrinho Alcântara, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. The supporters of EC Fragata booed when CANTERANOS DMS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kléber Pineros didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 83rd minute, Pedrinho Alcântara ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ortíz Relloso was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. 88 minutes into the match, EC Fragata's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Quizan came free, but Magno Leite reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. EC Fragata's Magno Leite played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Quizan in the 89th minute of play. The CANTERANOS DMS fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. EC Fragata were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
