If Jakab Jászberényi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 12 minutes into the match, ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's goal looked a bit too open when Jerzy Ptaszek came free, but Endre Bertha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, FC Płoszyce's goal looked a bit too open when Balázs Kovács came free, but Daniel Drozdowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gwidon Lerych charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gwidon Lerych the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 16 minutes into the match, FC Płoszyce's goal looked a bit too open when Jakab Jászberényi came free, but Daniel Drozdowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Endre Bertha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucjan Modliszewski in the 18th minute of play. Kristóf Zarka hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Daniel Drozdowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jakab Jászberényi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th minute, Pedro Henrique hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gáspár Madaras recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cezary Jarmulowicz to make the kick off. In the 51st minute Lucjan Modliszewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Endre Bertha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Cezary Jarmulowicz managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Płoszyce's supporters rose to their feet, but Cezary Jarmulowicz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Endre Bertha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jakab Jászberényi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Daniel Drozdowski having to make a save. Márk Tokody hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Endre Bertha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Korneliusz Brudnicki in the 72nd minute of the match. Gáspár Madaras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Daniel Drozdowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Płoszyce's Daniel Drozdowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save FC Płoszyce from getting a goal against them. In the 83rd match minute, ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Márton Lendvay to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's zone, Korneliusz Brudnicki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Endre Bertha came out of the goal and Korneliusz Brudnicki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 94th minute, Kristóf Zarka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
