Kjell Sjöö took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gheorghe Bociort, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 18 minutes into the match, F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's goal looked a bit too open when Lúcio Sá came free, but Iacob Povară reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee showed Téo Vianna the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 47 played minutes Curiphila Eagles got a freekick which was hit by Téo Vianna. Curiphila Eagles's Kjell Sjöö played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gheorghe Bociort in the 48th minute of play. Alfonso Nastasio made a great header on F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's corner, it was just that Curiphila Eagles's Kjell Sjöö managed to reach the ball for a save.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Erik Vihonský to make the kick off. In the 55th minute of the match Curiphila Eagles got a corner. F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gustavo Reis ran over to the corner to take the kick. Curiphila Eagles's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Curiphila Eagles made a substitution. Nico Cunha replaced 尤奕景. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gheorghe Bociort in the 74th minute of play forced Curiphila Eagles's goalkeeper Kjell Sjöö to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Francisc Ciocoiu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Kjell Sjöö made a huge save. Iacob Povară showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erik Vihonský in the 80th minute of the match. Iacob Povară showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Piearres Holgado, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Luca Pancu had several of the Curiphila Eagles's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 85 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-5 score and a disappointed Kjell Sjöö as he didn't even see the shot coming. Gheorghe Bociorts short, quick shot in the 88thth minute got Kjell Sjöö to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 96 minutes into the match, Gheorghe Bociort had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kjell Sjöö. Curiphila Eagles's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gheorghe Bociort was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. F.C CLUJ MEDICINA played a much better game than Curiphila Eagles and deserved their victory. The Curiphila Eagles players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
