But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cemal Palabıyık couldn't finish the play. 15 minutes into the match, Rega Merida CF's goal looked a bit too open when Piearres Holgado came free, but Konstanty Wawro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Konstanty Wawro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Khaidir Sopandi in the 18th minute of play. Kjell Sjöö showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nistor Sârban in the 19th minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Rega Merida CF's goal looked a bit too open when Khaidir Sopandi came free, but Konstanty Wawro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kjell Sjöö took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nistor Sârban, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Curiphila Eagles's goalkeeper Kjell Sjöö, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by Curiphila Eagles's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Filcho Dzhagarov was slow to take the kick. During this time Rega Merida CF's players had a chance to rest. At last the ball reached Ryan Gravenhorst at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Curiphila Eagles. 0-1. A collision led to Curiphila Eagles getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. 狄珂益 hit a great ball. In the 33rd minute, Nistor Sârban left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rega Merida CF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nistor Sârban in the 36th minute of play forced Curiphila Eagles's goalkeeper Kjell Sjöö to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rega Merida CF's Wasyl Dziurowicz got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nistor Sârban took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kjell Sjöö. Kjell Sjöö dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. With a little luck, Rega Merida CF's Konstanty Wawro got control of the ball when Piearres Holgado tried to sneak it across the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

After 54 minutes of play, Rega Merida CF's Nistor Sârban made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kjell Sjöö was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kjell Sjöö made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nistor Sârban in the 57th minute of play. In the 59th minute, 狄珂益 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Curiphila Eagles's goalkeeper Kjell Sjöö, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Nistor Sârban's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kjell Sjöö read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Kjell Sjöö showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nistor Sârban, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Rega Merida CF's La Piszczek was substituted for Filcho Dzhagarov. Rega Merida CF made a substitution. Leonello Messias replaced Cemal Palabıyık. Kjell Sjöö showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nistor Sârban, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nistor Sârban got free with Kjell Sjöö in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
