The corner led Netherlands's Kees Mooiweer to fire away a dangerous shot which Taco Uebels despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gijsbert ter Kruimer made a kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Gijsbert ter Kruimer lined in a short shot 1-1 behind a frustrated Taco Uebels.
