Jānis Pavelskops showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cyryl Praski, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. 16 minutes into the game, UTC FC's Levi Ackerman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pawel Hodyl made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. UTC FC's Jānis Pavelskops played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olaf Sliwinski in the 19th minute of play. After a rather tough play, FC Płoszyce's Lucjan Bugno got a free kick in the 24th minute. Pawel Hodyl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Levi Ackerman in the 25th minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, FC Płoszyce's goal looked a bit too open when Teodor Caldueño came free, but Pawel Hodyl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. But to his dismay, Levi Ackerman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. The FC Płoszyce players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. UTC FC were winning 1-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Olaf Sliwinski made a kick off. Pawel Hodyl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodor Caldueño in the 51st minute of play. With a little luck, FC Płoszyce's Pawel Hodyl got control of the ball when Levi Ackerman tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 56 played minutes UTC FC got a freekick which was hit by Teodor Chave. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tālis Kimtaitis during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
