In the 6th match minute, Basavilbaso FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henric Springfält to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Jacinto Pinto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Orvar Bäckström was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. Almir Miranda made an important save on a dangerous shot by Venancio Lop in the 12th minute. Clemente Rubio's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 20thth minute, Almir Miranda skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Almir Miranda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Clemente Rubio got free with Almir Miranda in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Henric Springfält hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Adolfo Cordara hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Almir Miranda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clemente Rubio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 58th minute Basavilbaso FC were awarded a corner. Henric Springfält went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 59th minute, Henric Springfält got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Almir Miranda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clemente Rubio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ruben Gentza kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Basavilbaso FC's Clemente Rubio got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Almir Miranda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Venancio Lop, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 77 minutes into the match, Mitnarotov FC's goal looked a bit too open when Clemente Rubio came free, but Almir Miranda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Basavilbaso FC had played much better football throughout.
