Skövde AIK's Karl-Erik Norström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jochem Klooster in the 6th minute of play. Karl-Erik Norström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jochem Klooster in the 8th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jimmy Busk in the 10th minute of play forced Skövde AIK's goalkeeper Karl-Erik Norström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Jochem Klooster had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Karl Hansson kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Griskultingarnas FF's zone, Chen Ao Fan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Natasha Sjøholm came out of the goal and Chen Ao Fan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Chen Ao Fan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Natasha Sjøholm having to make a save. Griskultingarnas FF's Natasha Sjøholm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chen Ao Fan in the 20th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chen Ao Fan in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Natasha Sjøholm prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Chen Ao Fan came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Skövde AIK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chen Ao Fan couldn't finish the play. Chen Ao Fan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Natasha Sjøholm having to interfere. Karl-Erik Norström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jimmy Busk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 30 minutes into the match, Skövde AIK's goal looked a bit too open when Thor Wiberg came free, but Karl-Erik Norström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Karl-Erik Norström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jochem Klooster in the 33rd minute of the match. Jimmy Busk might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Karl-Erik Norström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jimmy Busk ran back to his position shaking his head. Chen Ao Fan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th minute Thor Wiberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Erik Norström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jimmy Busk in the 46th minute of play forced Skövde AIK's goalkeeper Karl-Erik Norström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Chen Ao Fan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kevin Keegan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Natasha Sjøholm read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Chen Ao Fan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Natasha Sjøholm having to interfere. Jochem Klooster had several of the Skövde AIK's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 72 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-1 score and a disappointed Karl-Erik Norström as he didn't even see the shot coming. Karl-Erik Norström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thor Wiberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Karl-Erik Norström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jochem Klooster, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute.
