Olavarria FC's Michel Hendrickx proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Olavarria FC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joseph Smits in the 10th minute of play forced Olavarria FC's goalkeeper Michel Hendrickx to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Michel Hendrickx took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joseph Smits, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th minute Isaias Matas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulises Steven saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute Robertinho Carabajal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michel Hendrickx saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute, Isaias Matas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ulises Steven was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 28th minute Robertinho Carabajal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michel Hendrickx saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Isaias Matas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Olavarria FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Isaias Matas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ulises Steven breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 31 minutes into the match, Olavarria FC's goal looked a bit too open when Robertinho Carabajal came free, but Michel Hendrickx reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joseph Smits got free with Michel Hendrickx in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 庄剑响 made in the 46th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Semi Acartürk however managed to control. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Robertinho Carabajal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mauro Kotlar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ulises Steven having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Olavarria FC's zone, Robertinho Carabajal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Michel Hendrickx came out of the goal and Robertinho Carabajal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Isaias Matas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ulises Steven was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Michel Hendrickx showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robertinho Carabajal in the 61st minute of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Thys Lenoir in the 64th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by AFC Koolkerke's 庄剑响. Olavarria FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mauro Kotlar in the 70th minute. A nice corner shot did that Thys Lenoir got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ulises Steven quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 72nd minute, Olavarria FC's Ervigio Ojeda dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ervigio Ojeda in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ulises Steven prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee felt a red card was in order, 79 minutes into the game, when Tang Di Nan put in a rough tackle. Ulises Steven had in the 80thth minute some difficulties stopping Mauro Kotlar's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his right side, but he still managed to hold the ball 80 minutes into the match, Mauro Kotlar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ulises Steven. AFC Koolkerke's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mauro Kotlar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Mauro Kotlar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulises Steven having to interfere.
