Robertinho Carabajal started the match with the kick off. A hard shot 4 in the game by Robertinho Carabajal from a close distance when the talented Harvey Davies managed to make a qualified save. FC Bal op het Dak's players were relieved. Cobus Harding kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Ulises Steven made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dan Kjellman in the 12th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Cobus Harding hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dan Kjellman in the 15th minute of play forced AFC Koolkerke's goalkeeper Ulises Steven to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th match minute, AFC Koolkerke was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabrizio Di Muzio to maneuver through the defense. FC Bal op het Dak's Marick Brunt couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 17th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for AFC Koolkerke. With a little luck, FC Bal op het Dak's Harvey Davies got control of the ball when Robertinho Carabajal tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ulises Steven made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dan Kjellman in the 26th minute of play. Dan Kjellman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ulises Steven read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. FC Bal op het Dak's Aristides Gombal quite brazenly broke a throw-in by 庄剑响, made in the 32nd minute of the game. 38 minutes into the match, FC Bal op het Dak's Dan Kjellman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ulises Steven narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ulises Steven made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dan Kjellman in the 40th minute of play. AFC Koolkerke's Robertinho Carabajal got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dan Kjellman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Joseph Smits had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Bal op het Dak's Dan Kjellman got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 61 minutes into the match, AFC Koolkerke's goalkeeper Ulises Steven had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dan Kjellman. Harvey Davies took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joseph Smits, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dan Kjellman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ulises Steven read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. 70 minutes into the match, FC Bal op het Dak's goal looked a bit too open when Robertinho Carabajal came free, but Harvey Davies reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Bal op het Dak made a substitution. Martijn August replaced Dan Kjellman. FC Bal op het Dak's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Marick Brunt in the 77th minute. The corner led FC Bal op het Dak's Artur Mendes to fire away a dangerous shot which Ulises Steven despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The throw-in from Philipp Raemakers in the 82nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC Bal op het Dak's Joop Meder. After a defensive mix-up in AFC Koolkerke's zone, Marick Brunt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ulises Steven came out of the goal and Marick Brunt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Joseph Smits's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Harvey Davies read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Ulises Steven was out of position in the 89 minute of play, and Martijn August capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Martijn August really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2.
