Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) When Nándor Szekeres fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored RedBull Diósgyőr FC's protests and gave Nándor Szekeres a yellow card for diving instead. In the 2nd match minute, RedBull Diósgyőr FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nándor Szekeres to maneuver through the defense. 4 minutes into the match, Samuele Kunz notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of RedBull Diósgyőr FC's Attila Mesterházy. Attila Mesterházy was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hias Nüssli made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Christian Kilstedt sent off a good shot on target. In the 19th minute, Christian Kilstedt made a precise shot to the right of Hias Nüssli. Switzerland's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 21st match minute, RedBull Diósgyőr FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nándor Szekeres to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Samuele Kunz in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Attila Mesterházy saved RedBull Diósgyőr FC from getting behind. Kálmán Kozák hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Hias Nüssli came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by RedBull Diósgyőr FC's Nándor Szekeres. But to his dismay, Nándor Szekeres quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 31 minutes into the match, Switzerland's goal looked a bit too open when Nándor Szekeres came free, but Hias Nüssli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Christian Kilstedt reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hias Nüssli. The goal made the score 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jakab Boross in the 38th minute of play forced Switzerland's goalkeeper Hias Nüssli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nándor Szekeres kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. In the 43rd match minute, RedBull Diósgyőr FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miromir Osikowicz to maneuver through the defense. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Samuele Kunz to make the kick off. RedBull Diósgyőr FC's Nándor Szekeres got his second yellow card of the match in the 52nd minute. The referee ordered Nándor Szekeres off the ground. After having played for 54 minutes, Samuele Kunz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Switzerland's supporters crossed their fingers, but Samuele Kunz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Samuele Kunz got free with Attila Mesterházy in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 77th minute of the match Leo Allemann sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Attila Mesterházy skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to RedBull Diósgyőr FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Miromir Osikowicz hit a great ball. Jakab Boross recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Samuele Kunz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Attila Mesterházy made a huge save. The RedBull Diósgyőr FC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
