In the 7th minute Silviu Dumitrana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stelian Butuc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 8 minutes, Stelian Butuc successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Twan van Nistelrooij could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Stelian Butuc made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Dacians Academy's Baybars Geylanoğlu got a free kick in the 13th minute. Siluna Flores kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, F.C. YKE's Stelian Butuc threw himself towards the right post 18 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Silviu Dumitrana, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Stelian Butuc made an important save on a dangerous shot by Twan van Nistelrooij in the 20th minute. Twan van Nistelrooij sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind F.C. YKE's goalkeeper Felix Leahu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Twan van Nistelrooij could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Stelian Butuc made a huge save. Dacians Academy's Stelian Butuc proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Dacians Academy from getting a goal against them. Mugur Ceaușescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Stelian Butuc tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 40 minutes into the game, Duman Enginsoy threw the ball into play from the sideline. Dacians Academy's Remus Armeanca quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 40th minute Manole Anghel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Leahu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dacians Academy's attentive Remus Armeanca managed to snatch the ball when Duman Enginsoy made a throw-in in the 43rd minute of the game. 46 minutes into the game, Duman Enginsoy threw the ball into play from the sideline. Dacians Academy's Remus Armeanca quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion.

Duman Enginsoy hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Sercan Özerkin hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. In the 61st minute of the match Dacians Academy got a corner. F.C. YKE's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fermin Prejun ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of F.C. YKE's goalie and right to Manole Anghel. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. F.C. YKE's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Iwo Tamulewicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Silviu Dumitrana managed to get in a good position for a shot. F.C. YKE's supporters rose to their feet, but Silviu Dumitrana was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stelian Butuc breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dacians Academy's Xavi Popescu managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Duman Enginsoy in the 73 minute of the game. If Mugur Ceaușescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Felix Leahu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iwo Tamulewicz in the 77th minute of play. After some careless play in the F.C. YKE defense, Iwo Tamulewicz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Felix Leahu. The F.C. YKE fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Felix Leahu should have stopped the shot. F.C. YKE's Felix Leahu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iwo Tamulewicz in the 82nd minute of play. Duman Enginsoy made in the 84th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Silviu Dumitrana however managed to control. In the 85th minute Twan van Nistelrooij shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stelian Butuc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, F.C. YKE's goal looked a bit too open when Iwo Tamulewicz came free, but Felix Leahu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute Dacians Academy were awarded a corner. Fermin Prejun went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Dacians Academy's Fermin Prejun to fire away a dangerous shot which Felix Leahu despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Stelian Butuc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silviu Dumitrana, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Dacians Academy were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over F.C. YKE's much stronger midfield.
