Ekber Merdan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Twan van Nistelrooij in the 11th minute of play forced The Huns's goalkeeper Carl Booth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felix Leahu was out of position in the 19 minute of play, and Ekber Merdan capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ekber Merdan really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Ekber Merdan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Felix Leahu came out and tried to block the shot, but Ekber Merdan slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 22nd minute. Yao Xing Chao kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. When the match clock showed 36 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Ekber Merdan sped through F.C. YKE's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Felix Leahu. After 39 played minutes The Huns got a freekick which was hit by Andre Huyterhoeven. Felix Leahu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ekber Merdan, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ekber Merdan was the one to do the kick off. Nicholas Ramachandran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Felix Leahu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Ekber Merdan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Felix Leahu was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. A collision led to F.C. YKE getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Duman Enginsoy hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Ekber Merdan managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Huns's supporters rose to their feet, but Ekber Merdan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Felix Leahu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Felix Leahu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ekber Merdan in the 59th minute of the match. 63 minutes into the match, The Huns's goalkeeper Carl Booth had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Traian Brăiloiu. Andre Huyterhoeven blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Felix Leahu having to make a save. Twan van Nistelrooij received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Carl Booth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 79 minutes in the game, Silviu Dumitrana fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Carl Booth having to interfere. In the 80thth minute of the game Ekber Merdan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but F.C. YKE's Felix Leahu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Andre Huyterhoeven fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felix Leahu having to interfere. F.C. YKE's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
