When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Aníbal Sá took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Fodor Daniel to make any attempt to save it. After a defensive mix-up in Clube Atl. Taquaritinga's zone, Balazs Lajos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Haroldo Dante came out of the goal and Balazs Lajos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Balazs Lajos in the 37th minute of play forced Clube Atl. Taquaritinga's goalkeeper Haroldo Dante to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aníbal Sá, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Vörös Henrik kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Taquaritinga's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
