Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Chris Nygaard kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the game, Irmin Michalsky cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Keld Paulsen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 5th minute, Nils Hopp got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 8 minutes into the match, Sven Appenzeller had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Keld Paulsen. Denmark's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sven Appenzeller was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Sven Appenzeller could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Keld Paulsen made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Irmin Michalsky got free with Keld Paulsen in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 19 played minutes Großberghofen got a freekick which was hit by Irmin Michalsky. Denmark's Keld Paulsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edwin Eberl in the 23rd minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, Großberghofen's goal looked a bit too open when Chris Nygaard came free, but Julius Aumann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sven Appenzeller struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Keld Paulsen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Großberghofen. Lars Steen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A sloppy throw-in by Tammo Wunderlich in the 44th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Denmark's Simon Bendtsen. 48 minutes into the game, one of Großberghofen:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 50th minute there was a penalty for Denmark. Chris Nygaard stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Julius Aumann. 3-1.

The throw-in from Tammo Wunderlich in the 57th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Denmark's Olav Graversen. Janusz Zwingel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keld Paulsen having to interfere. 62 minutes into the game, Tammo Wunderlich threw the ball into play from the sideline. Denmark's Olav Graversen quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Edwin Eberl put it in 4-1 from a short distance just to the right of Keld Paulsen. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Edwin Eberl managed to get in a good position for a shot. Großberghofen's supporters rose to their feet, but Edwin Eberl was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Keld Paulsen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 77th match minute, Denmark was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lars Steen to maneuver through the defense. Irmin Michalsky struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Keld Paulsen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Großberghofen. After 82 played minutes Denmark got a freekick which was hit by Lars Steen. Gerd Della's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Keld Paulsen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Edwin Eberl's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Keld Paulsen was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. 86 minutes into the game, Chris Nygaard was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Denmark's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Großberghofen the free kick. In the 87th match minute, Denmark was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chris Nygaard to maneuver through the defense. Keld Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Janusz Zwingel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chris Nygaard was shown his second yellow card after 89 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 89th match minute, Denmark was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chris Nygaard to maneuver through the defense. In the 93rd minute, Irmin Michalsky made a precise shot to the right of Keld Paulsen. Denmark's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. Großberghofen's Irmin Michalsky got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Keld Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Janusz Zwingel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mikkel Wulff got a throw-in 100 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Bertram Svenningsen. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Großberghofen fully deserved thier win.
