Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Viriato Moura kicked off to start the match. In the 5th minute SHIZUOKA FC were awarded a corner. Sekou Mára went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led SHIZUOKA FC's Sekou Mára to fire away a dangerous shot which Wilson Amorim despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rogelio Policarpio in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wilson Amorim saved Portugal from getting behind. 10 minutes into the match, SHIZUOKA FC's Antonello Roccuzzo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wilson Amorim narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Antonello Roccuzzo took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 28 minutes into the game, Caetano Moreira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Dário Pinho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Portugal's Wilson Amorim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Portugal from getting a goal against them. 39 minutes into the match, SHIZUOKA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Graciano Coutinho came free, but Dário Pinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dário Pinho didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Felipe Barreto went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Portugal's defense didn't have a chance, in the 44th minute, when Rogelio Policarpio scored to the left of an out of position Wilson Amorim, making the score, 2-2. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antonello Roccuzzo was the one to do the kick off. SHIZUOKA FC's Dário Pinho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save SHIZUOKA FC from getting a goal against them. In the 58th minute SHIZUOKA FC were awarded a corner. Sekou Mára went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Everardo Hever got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 3-2. 58 minutes into the match. Wilson Amorim stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Antonello Roccuzzo's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. In the 66th minute, Rogelio Policarpio made a precise shot to the right of Wilson Amorim. Portugal's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. Portugal made a substitution. Felipinho Amorim replaced Felipe Barreto. Portugal's Bartolomeu Dias was substituted for Viriato Moura. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonello Roccuzzo in the 76th minute of play. Du Wei Hui made in the 79th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Portugal's Felipinho Amorim. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bartolomeu Dias got free with Dário Pinho in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 94 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Rogelio Policarpio came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonello Roccuzzo in the 96th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. SHIZUOKA FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
