Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Toni Mauzer started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Saturn Świętochłowice's Bartosz Olejniczak got a free kick in the 3rd minute. 6 minutes into the match, Saturn Świętochłowice's goal looked a bit too open when Toni Mauzer came free, but Bogdan Spychalski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 7 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Croatia! After 13 minutes, Neven Culina mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Croatia and the Saturn Świętochłowice players grew even worse after the yellow card. Neven Culina hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Czeslaw Zawacki took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ilija Skugor. Ilija Skugor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 21 minutes into the match, Croatia's goal looked a bit too open when Czeslaw Zawacki came free, but Ilija Skugor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ilija Skugor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Czeslaw Zawacki, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 35thth minute of the game Martin Bosak who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Saturn Świętochłowice's Bogdan Spychalski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 36th minute, Saturn Świętochłowice's Rafal Ogrodowicz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ilija Skugor. Ilija Skugor yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Rafal Ogrodowicz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Ilija Skugor made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Croatia's zone, Rafal Ogrodowicz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ilija Skugor came out of the goal and Rafal Ogrodowicz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Ilija Skugor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugeniusz Golota, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Tymoteusz Wielkopolski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rafal Ogrodowicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ilija Skugor having to interfere. Bartosz Olejniczak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ilija Skugor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eugeniusz Golota went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Ilija Skugor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugeniusz Golota, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. After some careless play in the Croatia defense, Bartosz Olejniczak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ilija Skugor. The Croatia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ilija Skugor should have stopped the shot. Czeslaw Zawacki hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Ilija Skugor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Czeslaw Zawacki in the 76th minute of the match. Ilija Skugor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartosz Olejniczak, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugeniusz Golota in the 81st minute of play forced Croatia's goalkeeper Ilija Skugor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rafal Ogrodowicz hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Bogdan Spychalski was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Toni Mauzer. After a rather tough play, Saturn Świętochłowice's Napoleon Laskowski got a free kick in the 94th minute. Saturn Świętochłowice's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
