Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Abelardo Hustaz kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abelardo Hustaz in the 4th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 10 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Abelardo Hustaz came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 10th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Dreifuss to maneuver through the defense. In the 14th minute, Ike Pears left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Disco Inferno FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Dale Gracey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Sachs in the 16th minute of the match. Dale Gracey didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Frank Sachs went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Disco Inferno FC's Dale Gracey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Sachs in the 21st minute of play. When Abelardo Hustaz came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Disco Inferno FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abelardo Hustaz couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Abelardo Hustaz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tommy Kahn was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. After 35 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Malte Schiele. After having played for 39 minutes, Abelardo Hustaz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Disco Inferno FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abelardo Hustaz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 45 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Ike Pears came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
The wind increased when Frank Sachs made the kick off in the second half. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abelardo Hustaz in the 52nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, Abelardo Hustaz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and Abelardo Hustaz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 58thth minute of the game Ike Pears who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Germany's Tommy Kahn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rick Quinane, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Frank Sachs might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dale Gracey. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Frank Sachs ran back to his position shaking his head. Abelardo Hustaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Malte Schiele was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 67 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Germany fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 67th minute. Penalty! After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, Remy Neich stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and Remy Neich tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Ike Pears managed to get in a good position for a shot. Disco Inferno FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ike Pears was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Kahn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 75 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Abelardo Hustaz came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remy Neich in the 78th minute of play. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ike Pears, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. 81 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Abelardo Hustaz came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disco Inferno FC's Peter Rosenboom was substituted for Remy Neich. Abelardo Hustaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rick Quinane in the 97th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Disco Inferno FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
