Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd match minute, BloodHounds F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiberiu Cârnu to maneuver through the defense. Astor Ruy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adam Olaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in BloodHounds F.C.'s zone, Alex Serban stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Astor Ruy came out of the goal and Alex Serban tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adam Olaru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Astor Ruy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Alex Serban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Astor Ruy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Serban in the 18th minute of the match. In the 20th minute Adam Olaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Astor Ruy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Costica Vladimiri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Astor Ruy having to interfere. Astor Ruy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Costica Vladimiri in the 24th minute of the match. Romania's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Flavio Leobardo 27 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. 30 minutes into the game, Romania's Vasile Ciumak nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Astor Ruy made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Vasile Ciumak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Flavio Leobardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Romania's Carol Stinga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Romania from getting a goal against them. 40 minutes into the match, Flavio Leobardo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Carol Stinga, 2-1. 44 minutes into the match, BloodHounds F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Alex Serban came free, but Astor Ruy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Astor Ruy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sanda Cutov in the 45th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adam Olaru to make the kick off. Romania made a substitution. Anton Stinga replaced Adam Olaru. In the 58th minute Romania were awarded a corner. Sanda Cutov went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Romania's Vasile Ciumak getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Sanda Cutov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Astor Ruy having to make a save. Carol Stinga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flavio Leobardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Romania's Alexandru Pangratiu was substituted for Alex Serban. 72 minutes into the game, Romania's Sanda Cutov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Astor Ruy made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. BloodHounds F.C. made a substitution. Mesut Özil replaced Matias Valiente. BloodHounds F.C.'s Ivo Queiroz was substituted for Alfonso Jacindo. After 85th play minutes Sanda Cutov shot 2-4, a short shot which went by Astor Ruy and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 91st minute Vasile Ciumak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Astor Ruy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 92 minutes BloodHounds F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sanda Cutov who took care of the corner kick. When the match was over Romania could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than BloodHounds F.C. throughout the match.
