Belmiro Negri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Micah Macdonald in the 31st minute of play. Xavier Gallagher hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Antoni Basaik took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Khalid Kennedy. Khalid Kennedy dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 39th minute Lubomír Meszároš shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khalid Kennedy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Lubomír Meszároš ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Khalid Kennedy was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. The supporters of MALAIA FDFDF booed when England was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Caelan Hayes didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Khalid Kennedy managed to avoid a goal in the 46thth minute, when MALAIA FDFDF's Antoni Basaik fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Khalid Kennedy made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Romildo Binder sent off a good shot on target. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kyle Cox was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, MALAIA FDFDF's goalkeeper Belmiro Negri had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Micah Macdonald. England's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Romildo Binder was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. After some careless play in the England defense, Antoni Basaik kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Khalid Kennedy. The England fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Khalid Kennedy should have stopped the shot. 88 minutes into the game, MALAIA FDFDF's Antoni Basaik nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Khalid Kennedy made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. After having played for 94 minutes, Micah Macdonald managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. England's supporters crossed their fingers, but Micah Macdonald was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. MALAIA FDFDF's Belmiro Negri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kyle Cox in the 96th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The MALAIA FDFDF fans cheered their team off the field, for while England had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
