When Benjamim Souza came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Tadalinha FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benjamim Souza couldn't finish the play. Lucas Engström hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Magnus Fridlund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamim Souza in the 10th minute of play. After some careless play in the Sunday League Football defense, Vânderson Hoffmann kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Magnus Fridlund. The Sunday League Football fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Magnus Fridlund should have stopped the shot. Magnus Fridlund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjamim Souza in the 15th minute of the match. Didi Tavares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tommy Runberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Magnus Fridlund came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Tadalinha FC's Albertinho Vaz. But to his dismay, Albertinho Vaz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Magnus Fridlund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamim Souza in the 33rd minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Sunday League Football's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamim Souza came free, but Magnus Fridlund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elder de Andrade made a great header on Tadalinha FC's corner, it was just that Sunday League Football's Magnus Fridlund managed to reach the ball for a save. Albertinho Vaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Magnus Fridlund having to interfere. In the 44th minute, Tadalinha FC's Benjamim Souza dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tommy Runberg made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benjamim Souza in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Magnus Fridlund prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Magnus Fridlund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benjamim Souza, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Albertinho Vaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Magnus Fridlund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 63rd match minute, Sunday League Football was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erik Vennerlund to maneuver through the defense. Magnus Fridlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamim Souza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sunday League Football's Magnus Fridlund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamim Souza in the 70th minute of play. Magnus Fridlund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamim Souza in the 75th minute of play. After 77 played minutes Sunday League Football got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Engström. In the 78th minute, Benjamim Souza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Magnus Fridlund was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. After a rather tough play, Sunday League Football's Johan Alegren got a free kick in the 81st minute. In the 82nd minute of the match Elder de Andrade shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Magnus Fridlund showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Didi Tavares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tommy Runberg in the 86th minute of play. When Aleksander Engström fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sunday League Football's protests and gave Aleksander Engström a yellow card for diving instead. In the 87th minute, Aleksander Engström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 94th minute, Sunday League Football's Tommy Runberg ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Didi Tavares. Didi Tavares yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 6-1. There was no doubt that Tadalinha FC were the better team. Tadalinha FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
