An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamim Souza in the 15th minute of play forced Defferrari AFC's goalkeeper Silvio Santxol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alfredo Rius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Didi Tavares having to interfere. If Albertinho Vaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leandro Amor's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Didi Tavares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Silvio Santxol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjamim Souza in the 27th minute of the match. In the 32ndth minute of the game Vânderson Hoffmann who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Defferrari AFC's Silvio Santxol was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Didi Tavares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustin Torres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Percival Domingues hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. In the 36th minute, Celso de Queirós hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Leandro Amor came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Defferrari AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leandro Amor couldn't finish the play. Benjamim Souza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Silvio Santxol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Agustin Torres's late challenge caught a Tadalinha FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Agustin Torres helped the player get up and apologised. In the 53rd minute, Agustin Torres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Agustin Torres hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 65th minute Benjamim Souza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvio Santxol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Silvio Santxol was a little too slow when Benjamim Souza got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 68th minute. The score was now 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Leandro Amor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Defferrari AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Leandro Amor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Didi Tavares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Percival Domingues kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Alfredo Rius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Didi Tavares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Tadalinha FC's Luís Fábio Meira got a free kick in the 80th minute. Defferrari AFC's Silvio Santxol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamim Souza in the 84th minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Tadalinha FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
