Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ermo Must started the match with the kick off. In the 4th match minute, France was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robert Chapuis to maneuver through the defense. Teet Jusson kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Frank Peletier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 9 minutes, Ermo Must made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. France's Maxime Durand tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. France's Camille Baume got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ke Hong Yu during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, CSKA Tallinn's Ke Hong Yu got a free kick in the 15th minute. After 17 minutes of play, France's Frank Peletier made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ludwig Dubs was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 21st minute of the match, Ermo Must got a very nice opportunity to score, but Maxime Durand was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. CSKA Tallinn's Ermo Must was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 32nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Ermo Musts short, quick shot in the 39thth minute got Maxime Durand to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ludwig Dubs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Peletier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

CSKA Tallinn made a substitution. Kusti Noobel replaced Tõnn Üllas. The wind increased when Frank Peletier made the kick off in the second half. Elmo Lemming took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 52nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Maxime Durand. France's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Teet Jusson got a throw-in 60 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Kusti Noobel. A collision led to France getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Robert Chapuis hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ermo Must in the 62nd minute of play forced France's goalkeeper Maxime Durand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Frank Peletiers short, quick shot in the 64thth minute got Ludwig Dubs to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. CSKA Tallinn's Maarek Pentjärv was substituted for Elmo Lemming. CSKA Tallinn made a substitution. Alejo Maxin replaced Taavet Lemsalu. David Barbier struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Ludwig Dubs didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for France. The supporters of France booed when CSKA Tallinn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ke Hong Yu didn't get a good kick on the ball. A long shot from David Barbier in the 82nd minute of play was well struck, but Ludwig Dubs made a really good save at the right post. France's David Barbier got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. France's Maxime Durand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alejo Maxin in the 86th minute of play. Frank Peletier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Frank Peletier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ludwig Dubs having to interfere. After 93 played minutes France got a freekick which was hit by David Barbier. Frank Peletier blasted a shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ludwig Dubs having to make a save. CSKA Tallinn succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though France had controlled the match.
