Elias Rojelio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albin Holweck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute, Filiberto Bermudo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tommy Kahn was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeremias Ferrando in the 23rd minute of play. Frank Sachs might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Elias Rojelio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Frank Sachs ran back to his position shaking his head. Elias Rojelio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Sachs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th minute of the match, Diego Armando Caniggia tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tommy Kahn saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frank Sachs was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Caprichosos FC's Ladislao Cordarrel got a free kick in the 50th minute. Germany's Frank Sachs shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 51st minute of play. Elias Rojelio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
