An unexpectedly hard shot by Lionel-Andrés Messi in the 28th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lionel-Andrés Messi in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fodor Daniel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fragiskos Saitiotis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Balazs Lajos in the 42nd minute of play. After 43 minutes GREEN PANTHERS FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Antal Valentin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fragiskos Saitiotis quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lionel-Andrés Messi in the 46th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Vaggelis Georgiadis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Boros Benedek hit a great ball. 76 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Stefanos Rigopoulos came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 77 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Lionel-Andrés Messi came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hungary's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
