The crowd rose to their feet as Ciprian Halipa kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Wilson Amorim. That made the score 2-0 in the 21 minute of play. Ciprian Halipa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Wilson Amorim made a huge save. In the 31st minute Caetano Moreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ionică Bădilescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Viriato Moura to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Barreto came free, but Ionică Bădilescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
