Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Chris Nygaard started the match with the kick off. Keld Paulsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erubiel Justin in the 2nd minute of play. In the 3rd minute, Lars Steen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 4 minutes, Marcelo Abreu took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Keld Paulsen to make any attempt to save it. After 12 minutes of play, ◄19A10► Widzew Łódź's Lindi Mena made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Keld Paulsen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Keld Paulsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erubiel Justin in the 18th minute of play. Erubiel Justins short, quick shot in the 22ndth minute got Keld Paulsen to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maicon Pontes in the 25th minute of play forced Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Keld Paulsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lindi Mena in the 26th minute of play. The supporters of Denmark booed when ◄19A10► Widzew Łódź was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hennes Wickihalter didn't get a good kick on the ball. Meelis Vananurm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chris Nygaard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, ◄19A10► Widzew Łódź's Bartosz Poteralski got a free kick in the 30th minute. Maicon Pontes had several of the Denmark's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 33 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 4-0 score and a disappointed Keld Paulsen as he didn't even see the shot coming. Through an outstanding action, after 35 minutes, Keld Paulsen successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 37th minute, Marcelo Abreu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Keld Paulsen was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Meelis Vananurm stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Chris Nygaard's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. When Denmark's Chris Nygaard in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ◄19A10► Widzew Łódź's goalie prevented a goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Erubiel Justin to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Maicon Pontes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Keld Paulsen was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. Denmark's Keld Paulsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelo Abreu in the 53rd minute of play. When Kenn Skou fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Denmark's protests and gave Kenn Skou a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of ◄19A10► Widzew Łódź booed when Denmark was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kenn Skou didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcelo Abreu in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Keld Paulsen saved Denmark from getting behind. With an all-out effort, Denmark's Meelis Vananurm threw himself towards the right post 59 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Chris Nygaard, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The audience was convinced that Erubiel Justin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Keld Paulsen was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erubiel Justin in the 64th minute of play forced Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Maicon Pontes managed to get in a good position for a shot. ◄19A10► Widzew Łódź's supporters rose to their feet, but Maicon Pontes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Keld Paulsen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 73rd minute Lindi Mena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keld Paulsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Denmark's Lars Steen managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Hennes Wickihalter in the 75 minute of the game. ◄19A10► Widzew Łódź's Maicon Pontes got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 82 minutes into the match, Denmark's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelo Abreu came free, but Keld Paulsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 83 played minutes ◄19A10► Widzew Łódź got a freekick which was hit by Marcin Wasilewski. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Chris Nygaard managed to get in a good position for a shot. Denmark's supporters rose to their feet, but Chris Nygaard was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Meelis Vananurm breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 86th minute, Marcelo Abreu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ◄19A10► Widzew Łódź fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. When the referee ended the match the ◄19A10► Widzew Łódź players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
