He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Demesio in the 13th minute of the match. Sebastian Demesio took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Sebastian Demesio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Wilson Amorim made a huge save. Wilson Amorim made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Sebastian Demesio sent off a good shot on target. 27 minutes into the match, Felipe Barreto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Miguel Ángel Torres. LA LUZ F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Felipe Barreto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Barreto in the 29th minute of play forced LA LUZ F.C.'s goalkeeper Miguel Ángel Torres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miguel Ángel Torres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Barreto, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. LA LUZ F.C.'s Dawid Rojek quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Felipe Barreto, made in the 36th minute of the game. Miguel Ángel Torres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Caetano Moreira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 44 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Demesio came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Miguel Ángel Torres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viriato Moura in the 46th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Viriato Moura stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. LA LUZ F.C. made a substitution. Giannis Patsatzoglou replaced Felipe Haitz. Felipe Barreto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Miguel Ángel Torres made a huge save. 64 minutes into the match, LA LUZ F.C.'s goalkeeper Miguel Ángel Torres had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felipe Barreto. Daniel Pimentel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Portugal's Felipinho Amorim was substituted for Felipe Barreto. In the 75th minute, Daniel Pimentel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Portugal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. The LA LUZ F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 80th match minute when LA LUZ F.C.'s Jailson Britto looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jailson Britto in the 82nd minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wilson Amorim didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dieguito Maradona went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-3 was the resulting score. 90 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Nestoras Kabourakos came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The LA LUZ F.C. fans cheered their team off the field, for while Portugal had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
