After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, Serafin Gorbea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and Serafin Gorbea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tommy Kahn was out of position in the 21 minute of play, and Serafin Gorbea capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Serafin Gorbea really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. In the 28th match minute, Quebrachitos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pontus Forssell to maneuver through the defense. Quebrachitos FC's attentive Pontus Forssell managed to snatch the ball when Willy Stieler made a throw-in in the 31st minute of the game. Frank Sachs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredo Llorenc having to interfere. 37 minutes into the game, Willy Stieler threw the ball into play from the sideline. Quebrachitos FC's Pontus Forssell quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Emanuel Mogel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Germany's Tommy Kahn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Germany from getting a goal against them. Willy Stieler made in the 45th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Quebrachitos FC's Pontus Forssell. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frank Sachs was the one to do the kick off. Germany's Willy Stieler quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Celestino Pes, made in the 52nd minute of the game. Germany's Linus Schwerner managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Joel Senin in the 56 minute of the game. The throw-in from Linus Schwerner in the 57th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Quebrachitos FC's Pontus Forssell. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Mogel in the 59th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 61 minutes of play, Quebrachitos FC's Serafin Gorbea made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Kahn was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Jorge Arce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 66 minutes into the match, Quebrachitos FC's Serafin Gorbea sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tommy Kahn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serafin Gorbea in the 68th minute of play. A collision led to Quebrachitos FC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Emanuel Mogel hit a great ball. Quebrachitos FC's Abdülhak Oyhan was substituted for Jorge Arce. Quebrachitos FC's Aníbal Barca was substituted for Serafin Gorbea. After a rather tough play, Quebrachitos FC's Emanuel Mogel got a free kick in the 77th minute. Aníbal Barca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Frank Sachs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredo Llorenc having to interfere.
