Herminio Gizon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 23rd minute of play. Herminio Gizon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The ALIDIM FOR EVER players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Netherlands were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Matias Gelmiro to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Fernando Pinto notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Netherlands's Arnout Reekers. Arnout Reekers was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 56 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Matias Gelmiro came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Netherlands booed when ALIDIM FOR EVER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardo Firmo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Netherlands fans' excitement grew in the 63rd match minute when Netherlands's Wim Wilmes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a rather tough play, ALIDIM FOR EVER's Adan Bartuelo got a free kick in the 68th minute. ALIDIM FOR EVER's Herminio Gizon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save ALIDIM FOR EVER from getting a goal against them. In the 71st match minute, ALIDIM FOR EVER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Pinto to maneuver through the defense. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramon Pueblo in the 90th minute of the match.
