With his leg Bart Basson managed to avoid a goal in the 4thth minute, when Pégasus F. C.'s Dwight Schrute fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Bart Basson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dwight Schrute's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. Pégasus F. C.'s Xande Sharkin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Bart Basson in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Dwight Schrute could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Bart Basson made a huge save. Bart Basson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dwight Schrute in the 11th minute of play. After having played for 14 minutes, Flavio Fernandes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vamo A Calmarno's supporters crossed their fingers, but Flavio Fernandes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 16 minutes into the match, Vamo A Calmarno's Flavio Fernandes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Umberto Cunha narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Pégasus F. C. getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Jones Cudmore hit a great ball. 23 minutes into the game, Vamo A Calmarno's Flavio Fernandes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Umberto Cunha made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Vamo A Calmarno's Bart Basson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Vamo A Calmarno from getting a goal against them. Bart Basson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xande Sharkin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Pégasus F. C. getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Lu Xing Song hit a great ball. If Dwight Schrute had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Pégasus F. C.'s Xande Sharkin got a free kick in the 31st minute. In the 32nd match minute, Vamo A Calmarno was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvio Dalmai to maneuver through the defense. Bart Basson stood somewhat misplaced when Xande Sharkin came free in front of goal and shot 1-1 to the left of him in the 36 minute. In the 42nd minute of the game Chupan Mangas made a throw-in which Paulo José Barral played forward. In the 46th minute Flavio Fernandes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Umberto Cunha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Flavio Fernandes made a kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Pégasus F. C.'s goalkeeper Umberto Cunha had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Flavio Fernandes. Chupan Mangas hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Umberto Cunha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flavio Fernandes in the 62nd minute of the match. Dwight Schrute received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Bart Basson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pégasus F. C.'s Bebeto Medeiros was substituted for Hílton Albuquerque. Pégasus F. C. made a substitution. Qiao Ang Le replaced Dwight Schrute. Vamo A Calmarno were awarded a corner in the 70th minute after Pégasus F. C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Justino Rainerio took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bebeto Medeiros in the 71st minute of play forced Vamo A Calmarno's goalkeeper Bart Basson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Qiao Ang Le in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bart Basson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Justino Rainerio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Umberto Cunha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Vamo A Calmarno getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Silvio Dalmai hit a great ball. Vamo A Calmarno's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Justino Rainerio in the 92nd minute. A nice corner shot did that Justino Rainerio got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Umberto Cunha quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 93 minutes into the match, Vamo A Calmarno's goal looked a bit too open when Qiao Ang Le came free, but Bart Basson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pégasus F. C.'s Umberto Cunha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Justino Rainerio in the 95th minute of play. Bart Basson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lu Xing Song in the 96th minute of play. Vamo A Calmarno's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
