Flavio Fernandes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emilio Selmo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Flavio Fernandes might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emilio Selmo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Flavio Fernandes ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 20th minute Flavio Fernandes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Selmo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Flavio Fernandes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emilio Selmo was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. The Amaducci fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emilio Selmo should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Amaducci getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Hilaire Kaplan hit a great ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hilaire Kaplan made a kick off. In the 53rd minute of the game Bernardo Cordero made a throw-in which Marcelino Romo played forward. Vamo A Calmarno's Flavio Fernandes was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 56th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The supporters of Vamo A Calmarno booed when Amaducci was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vinicio Bernabel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Serbülent Ushan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Amaducci defense, Justino Rainerio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emilio Selmo. The Amaducci fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emilio Selmo should have stopped the shot. The Amaducci fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Vamo A Calmarno were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
