Victoriano Bieito helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Westie FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Victoriano Bieito hit a great ball. 23 minutes into the match, Westie FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jerônimo Queirós came free, but Esteve Calisto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Santos Poz charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Santos Poz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When Marcus Vergílio fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Moura's protests and gave Marcus Vergílio a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Moura booed when Westie FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dimitris Moularas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 92nd minute, Jerônimo Queirós got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Esteve Calisto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerônimo Queirós in the 93rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Özcan Sırat's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Chico Pinho was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. The Westie FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
