Jerônimo Queirós didn't have the luck on his side when he, from a short distance, got a opportunity for a shot on goal in the 6th minute. The shot missed the goal on the right side and Jerônimo Queirós ran dejectedly back to his position. Jerônimo Queirós hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Antônio de Salles kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Amaducci's goalkeeper Emilio Selmo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Amaducci's Emilio Selmo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anísio Araújo in the 14th minute of play. 15 minutes into the game, Ezequiel Oro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Amaducci's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Moura the free kick. The supporters of Moura booed when Amaducci was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ezequiel Oro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 21 played minutes Moura got a freekick which was hit by Thiago de Toledo. In the 22nd minute Romulo Goren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chico Pinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, Amaducci's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Lopes came free, but Emilio Selmo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Hilaire Kaplan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Amaducci's supporters rose to their feet, but Hilaire Kaplan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Chico Pinho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ladislao Ixidor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hilaire Kaplan in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Chico Pinho saved Moura from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerônimo Queirós in the 32nd minute of play forced Amaducci's goalkeeper Emilio Selmo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hilaire Kaplan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 58 minutes into the match, Amaducci's goal looked a bit too open when Mané Quirino came free, but Emilio Selmo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 61 minutes into the game, when Geronimo Paz put in a rough tackle. In the 66th minute Jerônimo Queirós shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Selmo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 66th minute, Jerônimo Queirós left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Moura fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Amaducci's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ladislao Ixidor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 100th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Moura fans cheered their team off the field, for while Amaducci had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
