In the 18th match minute, Italy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Siricio Liotta to maneuver through the defense. Filomeno Quiroga hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zaccheo Andolina to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute of the match Lucio Quieto got a corner. The supporters of Lucio Quieto booed when Italy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliseo Cutri didn't get a good kick on the ball. Genaro Montez made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Sigfrido Auletta sent off a good shot on target.
