Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Manuel Ramírez started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Javier Herrera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Alexander Higgins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 4 minutes, Alexander Higgins successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 5th minute Ashton Nelson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Humberto Carrillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 6 minutes into the game, Scotland's Fletcher Main nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Humberto Carrillo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. When Manuel Ramírez fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored The Blues FC's protests and gave Manuel Ramírez a yellow card for diving instead. Scotland's Hugh Doyle was substituted for Kian MacGregor. After a rather tough play, The Blues FC's Manuel Ramírez got a free kick in the 10th minute. Alexander Higgins was a little too slow when Manuel Ramírez got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 16th minute. The score was now 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zac O'Donnell in the 29th minute of play forced The Blues FC's goalkeeper Humberto Carrillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute, Hugh Doyle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 32 minutes, Jack MacKinnon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Scotland and the The Blues FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Scotland getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Jack MacKinnon hit a great ball. Manuel Ramírez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Scotland's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave The Blues FC the free kick. The supporters of The Blues FC booed when Scotland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fletcher Main didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Blues FC's Humberto Carrillo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fletcher Main in the 44th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The Blues FC's Manuel Ramírez got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Manuel Ramírez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 65 minutes into the match, Javier Herrera notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Scotland's Alexander Higgins. Alexander Higgins was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 67th minute, Manuel Ramírez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alexander Higgins was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. In the 72nd minute, Manuel Ramírez made a precise shot to the right of Alexander Higgins. Scotland's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. The Blues FC's Terrence Naquin was substituted for Marcos Mota. The Blues FC's Osvaldo Sedeni was substituted for Jânio Barreto. In the 79th minute, Hugh Doyle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Blues FC's Pablo Fernández was substituted for Javier Herrera. After 80 played minutes Scotland got a freekick which was hit by Hugh Doyle. Manuel Ramírez struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Alexander Higgins didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Blues FC. After some careless play in the Scotland defense, Pablo Fernández kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alexander Higgins. The Scotland fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alexander Higgins should have stopped the shot. In the 88th minute Pablo Fernández shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Higgins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andreas Tripp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alexander Higgins took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pablo Fernández, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 94 minutes had been played when some careless play by Scotland's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Manuel Ramírez was slow to take the kick. During this time The Blues FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led The Blues FC's Manuel Ramírez to fire away a dangerous shot which Alexander Higgins despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. There was no doubt that The Blues FC were the better team. The Blues FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
