In the 7th match minute, Bandelocos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luiz Guilherme Varela to maneuver through the defense. 9 minutes into the match, Bandelocos's goal looked a bit too open when Micah Macdonald came free, but Nilson do Vale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nilson do Vale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Issac Dawson, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. If Kyle Cox had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kyle Cox recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Bandelocos getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Ivo Vidal hit a great ball. Nilson do Vale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kyle Cox, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Nilson do Vale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Micah Macdonald in the 22nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Guilherme Varela in the 27th minute of play forced England's goalkeeper Khalid Kennedy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. England's Khalid Kennedy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save England from getting a goal against them. Bandelocos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave England the free kick. Nilson do Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kyle Cox, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rafael Sobis was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Kyle Cox managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. England's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kyle Cox was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Betão Quirino's late challenge caught a England's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Betão Quirino helped the player get up and apologised. After 58 played minutes Bandelocos got a freekick which was hit by Betão Quirino. Khalid Kennedy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastião Azevedo in the 65th minute of the match. Sebastião Azevedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Nilson do Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Caelan Hayes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rafael Sobis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. England's Khalid Kennedy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Sobis in the 80th minute of play. Issac Dawson struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Nilson do Vale didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for England. Kyle Cox sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastião Azevedo in the 88th minute of play forced England's goalkeeper Khalid Kennedy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 90 minutes into the match, Bandelocos's goal looked a bit too open when Kyle Cox came free, but Nilson do Vale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd minute of the match Sebastião Azevedo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Khalid Kennedy skillfully saved the ball. Nilson do Vale made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Issac Dawson sent off a good shot on target. In the 96th minute of the match England got a corner. Bandelocos's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Micah Macdonald ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Micah Macdonald got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Nilson do Vale quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. England were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
